UK Delivery

Standard 1st class Royal Mail on orders over £25.00 - FREE
Standard 1st class Royal Mail on orders under £25.00 - £2.50
Standard 1st class Royal Mail on orders under £15.00 - £1.50

All items over £25.00 and weighing over 2kgs will be delivered via Yodel, Hermes or UPS. This service usually takes between 3-5 working days to arrive.

For all non Standard 1st Class deliveries and for orders over £50.00 in value, a signature is required.

Customers are welcome to collect products from in-store, but are advised to call ahead to arrange a convenient time.

Next Day Delivery

Under 1kgs - Royal Mail Next Day Delivery - £6.00
Over 1kgs - UPS/Fedex/Parcelforce/DHL - 24 hour service - £10.00
 

International Delivery

International delivery prices are calculated by actual weight for regular small items and volumetric weight for larger items such as guitars, cases etc.

Please be advised that the final delivery price stated at the checkout is the total actual cost of shipping which includes carriage, appropriate insurance for the item/s and packaging, and that A Strings will not profit from this is anyway.

Customers are welcome to arrange their own collection of products purchased from the A Strings website. Please contact us directly to arrange this. A Strings can accept no responsibility for items once they are collected by the customer's courier/delivery service.

All International orders will be sent via International signed for.

Average international delivery times are as follows
Western Europe - 3-4 days
Eastern Europe 4-5 days
Rest of the World 5-7 days

An Express Next Day/48 hour service is available to most countries during week days if needed. Please email or call for a quote.

Missing and delayed items

Please note that a period of 14 days must pass from point of posting before we are able to track missing and delayed items.
