Returns Policy
Our Returns Procedure
Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of an item. In all cases you must contact us for return details first.
Faulty or damaged item
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Unwanted item
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card minus the shipping cost once we have received and processed the item. If the item was sent with extra compensation and/or an enhanced delivery service, you should use the same service to return the item as it is your property and responsibility until it has been received and checked by A Strings. Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.
Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
Packing the item
Wrap the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for return. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.

Replacement or refund
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card.
Notes
We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
